Restaurant Team Member (PT)

Support operations as a part-time Restaurant Team Member at Papa John's by performing workstation duties, making quality products, taking orders (in-person and by phone), delivering friendly customer service, and contributing to a fast, clean, and safe work environment. Responsibilities include following standards in the Operations Manual, assisting teammates, handling cash/transactions, and applying upsell techniques to increase the check average; position is non-exempt, hourly, and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and variable hours. Cross-training may occur for delivery driver duties if applicable; must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Focus areas include teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and adherence to safety, uniform, and appearance standards.
