Job Summary
Perform workstation duties to produce quality Papa John's products and provide quality customer service in person or by phone, including taking orders, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a sense of urgency. Work as part of a team, assist other stations, and complete closing duties such as cleaning. Adhere to uniform, appearance, and safety standards; operate the PROFIT system, process cash/credit transactions, and support sales through suggestive selling. Maintain organized, clean work areas and comply with safety and security standards while contributing to a positive, energetic team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to perform listed duties
- Non-exempt hourly position
- Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- At time of hire, work fewer than 30 hours per week during peak times (part-time)
