Job Summary
Papa John's Restaurant Team Member (Part-Time) handling quality product preparation, order taking by phone or in person, and customer service with a sense of urgency. Perform workstation duties, uphold uniform and appearance standards, operate the PROFIT system for cash/credit transactions, and support sales through suggestive selling. Emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Position is non-exempt, part-time (less than 30 hours during peak times) with flexible scheduling, and may include evening or weekend shifts. Must be at least 16 years old and capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various environments per job description. Bilingual ability in certain markets is noted. Accurately handle cash, checks, and card transactions and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace aligning with Papa John’s standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to perform the following duties
- Non-exempt, hourly position
- Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- At time of hire, expected to work fewer than 30 hours per week in peak time, part-time, and occasional capacity
