Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member performs workstation duties to deliver quality products and service per Papa John’s standards, including taking orders (phone/in person), preparing ingredients, handling cash/credit card transactions, suggestive selling to increase check average, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while complying with uniform, appearance, and safety standards. Works as part of a team, supports other stations, completes closing duties, and trains to follow company procedures and operations manuals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
