Restaurant Team Member

Restaurant Team Member at Papa John’s performs assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do. Works as part of a team, assists others, and completes all closing duties, including cleaning, at shift end. Maintains uniform and appearance standards, uses the FOCUS System to process cash and credit card transactions, and supports sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average. Maintains assets by keeping work areas clean and safe, and complies with safety standards. High School diploma or GED preferred; Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred. This is a franchise position with part-time and full-time openings; training provided.
