Restaurant Team Member

The Restaurant Team Member performs workstation duties to ensure quality products and service at Papa John’s, including making quality pizzas, preparing ingredients, taking orders, handling cash/credit card transactions with the FOCUS System, and delivering friendly customer service. Responsibilities include working as part of a team, maintaining timely shift conduct, assisting other workstations, completing closing duties such as cleaning, upholding uniform/appearance standards, and supporting sales efforts. Focus on reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and following safety and operations standards. Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, with strong customer service skills; must have reliable transportation and be 16 or older. Opportunities for internal promotions are emphasized within a franchise environment.
