Restaurant Team Member

Perform workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service in person or by phone, and acting with a sense of urgency. Work as part of a team, maintain punctuality, support other stations, complete closing duties, and uphold uniform/appearance standards. Use the FOCUS System to process cash/credit transactions, and engage in suggestive selling to increase the check average. Maintain safe, organized work areas and comply with safety standards. This is a Papa John’s franchise role with both part-time and full-time positions currently open.
