Restaurant Team Member

Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread in Davenport, FL, responsible for greeting guests with warmth, assembling fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and supporting multiple service areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC). Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while following food safety standards. Be adaptable to daily priorities, assist with stocking and setup, and contribute to a positive guest experience. Must be 16+ years old, able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, communicate clearly in a loud environment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be reliable and punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law) is expected; prior food service experience is preferred but not required.
