Job Summary
Join Salad and Go as a Restaurant Team Member in San Tan Valley to work in a fast-paced, team-centered drive-thru environment. Responsibilities include building made-to-order salads and other menu items and delivering great guest experiences for both walk-up and drive-thru customers. The role requires a ready-to-work attitude, flexibility to meet open hours (6am–9pm), and a minimum of 15 hours per week including weekends. No experience is required. Training includes passing a Salad Test and obtaining a Food Handlers Certificate; the position requires being at least 16 years old and compliance with safety footwear.
