Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member - Front of House at Mendocino Farms. Responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, managing guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating. Operates across multiple FOH stations (Cashier, Host, Expo, Floor/Runner). Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. We celebrate selling HAPPY and providing excellent hospitality, with tips shared among team members.
