Job Summary
Front of House Restaurant Team Member at Mendocino Farms responsible for assisting with taking orders, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating in a variety of FoH stations (Cashier, Host, Expo, Floor/Runner). Must be 18+, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Earn up to $25/hour including tips with bi-weekly pay, and enjoy benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid sick leave, and employee perks. Must bring a hospitable, customer-service oriented attitude and the ability to SELL HAPPY by connecting with guests and delivering upbeat service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to take orders and guide guests through the menu
- Experience with cash handling or cashier duties a plus (not required)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
