Job Summary
Front of House Restaurant Team Member at Mendocino Farms. Responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, plating, and working across stations such as Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have great, hospitable personalities, a desire to help people, and the ability to SELL HAPPY. Compensation includes tips with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for growth; benefits listed (health/dental/vision, 401(K) match, paid sick leave, English at Work, etc.). Location: Brea, CA (on-site).
