Job Summary
Front of House Restaurant Team Member at Mendocino Farms who will assist guests, take orders, guide guests through the menu, run food, bus tables, and plate food across stations (Cashier, Host, Expo, Floor/Runner). Must be 18+ and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays; provides a hospitable guest experience, strong guest-relations skills, and the ability to sell happiness. Perks include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid sick leave, flexible scheduling, and meal perks. Team members are paid hourly with tips included and participate in a bi-weekly pay schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available for full-time or part-time hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work across multiple front-of-house stations (Cashier, Host, Expo, Floor/Runner)
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
