Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member - Front of House: assist with taking orders and guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating food. Work across multiple stations including Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Flexible schedule with both full-time and part-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay between $20.00 and $25.00 with tip participation; bi-weekly pay; benefits packages available (health, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k) match); English at Work classes; free employee meals; growth opportunities within Mendocino Farms. Must be 18+ to qualify.
