Job Summary
Front of House Restaurant Team Member at Mendocino Farms. Responsibilities include assisting with taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, guest relations, running food, bussing tables, and plating. Work across stations such as Cashier, Host, Expo, and Floor/Runner. Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. No formal degree required; strong hospitality and customer-service mindset, plus the ability to SELL HAPPY and connect with guests.
