Job Summary
Prepare food throughout the day by following recipes accurately, cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats while maintaining proper portion control and food safety standards. Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments neatly and in a timely fashion, anticipating and reacting to customer volume levels. Provide friendly, quality customer service to each guest. This role supports the restaurant's growth by developing positive working relationships with all employees and cross-training in all kitchen and line areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Ability to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
- Ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
