BACK OF HOUSE RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER at Mendocino Farms: Cross-train across prep, dish, garnish and grill stations to prepare sandwiches and salads. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with full-time or part-time hours. Competitive pay with tips pool; bi-weekly pay. Responsibilities include delivering hospitality and SELLING HAPPY to guests, maintaining food safety and quality, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
