Job Summary
Back of House Restaurant Team Members needed at Mendocino Farms to cross-train across prep, dish, garnish, and grill stations to prepare sandwiches and salads. Must be 18+. Competitive hourly pay of $20.00-$25.00 including tips, with bi-weekly pay, eligibility for benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401K match), paid sick leave, flexible scheduling (including nights, weekends, holidays), parking/transit reimbursement, and growth opportunities. Roles involve working across multiple kitchen stations and delivering friendly, high-energy service to guests to help drive a positive dining experience. Full-time and part-time hours available with a focus on selling “HAPPY” to guests and providing excellent guest interaction.
