Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member – Back of House at Mendocino Farms. Cross-train across multiple kitchen stations (prep, dish, garnish, grill) to prepare sandwiches and salads. Must be 18+ and capable of working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Friendly, hospitable attitude with a desire to SELL HAPPY and connect with guests. Pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips, with bi-weekly pay and optional full- or part-time hours.
