Job Summary
Restaurant Team Members - Back of House are responsible for supporting multiple kitchen stations (prep, dish, garnish, grill) to prepare sandwiches and salads. Must be 18+; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Cross-train across stations; customer-facing responsibilities include connecting with guests and contributing to a positive, hospitable environment. Must have an outgoing, service-oriented attitude and ability to SELL HAPPY while working collaboratively with the team.
