Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member responsible for preparing made-to-order salads and other menu items, delivering great guest experiences both at walk-up and drive-thru, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. Training includes obtaining a Food Handlers Certificate and passing the Salad Test; flexible schedules with weekend availability; opportunities for growth; and participate in ADA accommodations if needed. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, readiness to work, and adherence to company standards in Salad and Go’s drive-thru concept.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required
- Must be able to work minimum of 15 hours per week; including weekends
- Obtain Food Handlers Certificate and certified non-slip shoes
- Able to pass the Salad Test during training
- Must be 16 years or older
