Lead operational activities in high-volume fast-paced environments by opening and closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder. Offer immediate, respectful responses to guest needs while encouraging the team to uphold 2nd Mile Service goals. Assist in training new hires, set the tone for each shift, and model the standards of excellence expected. Count drawers and finalize daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain excellent communication skills through both written and spoken channels to coordinate effectively.
