Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by opening and closing the store, managing shifts, and ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards. Lead the team by creating schedules, training new employees, coaching staff, and holding them accountable to policies while driving results in speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, project future needs, oversee cash handling, answer the phone, and check catering orders to meet daily benchmarks. Ensure food cost, labor, and sales goals are met through waste reduction and cost-cutting initiatives. Requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with a Saturday requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 year of past Leadership Experience
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
- Impeccable work ethic

- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Overseeing inventory, quality and safety
- Developing community relations
- Managing all functions on our daily checklist
- Handling payroll, scheduling, and general restaurant administrative tasks
- Managing the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Flexibility in availability, Saturday availability is required
