Job Summary
As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will serve as both a leader and team member, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all operating procedures are followed. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervising team members to deliver high-quality food products in a clean and friendly environment. The position requires a valid driver’s license, six months of retail experience, leadership skills, and certifications in Food Safety and Food Handling. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 6 months’ experience in a retail setting
- Valid driver’s license with liability insurance
- Satisfactory background check
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Food Safety Certification
- Food Handler’s Certification
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions
- Frequent washing of hands
