Job Summary
Lead the front-of-house operations as Restaurant Supervisor, overseeing daily restaurant/lounge activities, scheduling shifts, and providing training/coaching to staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing food preparation compliance with health and safety standards, managing inventory and purchasing, conducting daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment, maintaining sales records and preparing operations reports, and hiring/training staff while organizing employee schedules. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift 30 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and late hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with food handling guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required
- hotel food and beverage preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to delegate tasks
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
