Restaurant Supervisor - Tides Coastal Kitchen

Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant & Bar at the Tides Coastal Kitchen, ensure staff receive proper training on quality and service standards, manage budgeted revenues and labor costs, maintain food and liquor costs, supervise service, conduct brand standard audits, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Requires supervisory restaurant/bar experience, strong communication, ability to manage shifts and ensure guest satisfaction; some college/training in operations preferred; on-site at Virginia Beach, VA location.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience required
- Some college and/or advanced training in food operations preferred
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to stand and walk for hours; lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 150 pounds
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Self-starting personality; team player
- Ability to use point of sale
