Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor role overseeing Front of House operations (Dining Room, Bar/Lounge, Pool, and In-room Dining) at The Cliffs Hotel & Spa. Responsibilities include leading by example to maintain Forbes-standard service, ensuring proper staffing and shift coverage, acting as lead trainer for service staff, coaching and evaluating performance, soliciting and acting on guest feedback, resolving complaints professionally, maintaining clear communications with Front Desk and Sales, upholding safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures, and collaborating with hotel management to deliver exceptional guest experiences for high-end clientele.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience supervising high-end hospitality staff
- Must have valid Responsible Beverage Service training & ABC exam, or willing to complete upon hire
- Speak fluent English
- High School Diploma, culinary school or college degree preferred
