Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor responsible for directing and coordinating operations to achieve sales, service, quality, and cleanliness objectives. Leads staff training and development, payroll/labor scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to CSC standards. Oversees guest service, product preparation according to CSC guidelines, and maintaining a positive work environment. Requires open availability and willingness to perform across prep, sandwich, and cashier roles; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards; engages in staffing decisions and maintains equipment and facility conditions.
