Job Summary
Provide professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel while overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation. Manage the point of sale system and implement ideas to improve service efficiency. Ensure passing scores in state, local, and third-party sanitation audits and inspections. Hire and train employees under the general direction of the Director of F&B. This full-time role supports the daily dining experience at Spectrum Retirement Communities, where compassion and hard work are central to our mission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of house experience
