Job Summary
Provide professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel, overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation. Manage the point of sale system and implement ideas to improve service efficiency. Ensure passing scores in state, local, and third-party sanitation audits while hiring and training employees under the Director of F&B. Maintain a full-time schedule at Spectrum Retirement Communities with a competitive hourly rate. This role supports our mission of aging fearlessly by delivering a compassionate dining experience for residents, families, and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serve
