Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor leads daily front-of-house operations to deliver a great dining experience, hires and trains dining-room staff, manages the POS system and labor, oversees food presentation, and ensures compliance with sanitation audits. Responsibilities include implementing ideas to improve service efficiency, maintaining POS operations, supervising front-of-house personnel, and building relationships with residents, families, and guests. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and leadership in a dining environment.
Required Qualifications
