Job Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations at Greenwood Village, CO, ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, engaging with guests for feedback and service recovery, enforcing revenue and check-control procedures, assisting with staff training and performance feedback, managing schedules, reservations, and checklists, conducting pre-shift meetings, handling issues like call-outs and inventory shortages, coordinating floor coverage for seating and kitchen communication, and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Requires leading by example with hospitality expertise, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and basic office software; 4+ years in food and beverage and/or training experience are expected. The role is part-time and non-exempt, with benefits described by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related food and beverage experience and/or training
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional hospitality skills and technical knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Proficiency in basic computer and POS system functions, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and guests
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and volume
