Job Summary

Supervise daily outlet operations in a hotel restaurant/bar, lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest service, assist the Outlet Manager in managing restaurant and bar operations, monitor staff performance and provide coaching, handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensure compliance with service standards and health & safety, coordinate shift schedules and collaboration with kitchen and other departments, maintain cleanliness and inventory, train team on menu knowledge and service procedures, support labor cost control and staffing, drive sales by promoting hotel facilities and offerings, and contribute to guest satisfaction and financial targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest relations
  • Experience in handling staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operational procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
