Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations within the club's restaurant, ensuring service excellence and adherence to safety standards. Duties include supervising service staff, executing member and guest orders, participating in training and incentive programs, reviewing reservation books and function sheets, initiating opening/closing procedures, ensuring room setups align with bookings, maintaining cleanup and sanitary standards, maintaining knowledge of the à la carte menu and beverage offerings, participating in daily line-ups and trainings, completing daily assignments, interacting professionally with members and guests, and taking on additional duties as assigned by management. Requires strong guest service orientation, leadership, training, and coordination with management to uphold Invited’s service standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry
