Job Summary
In the role of Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to established standards and safety guidelines. You will supervise service staff, execute orders accurately, assist in staff training, and maintain cleanliness and setup for service events. The position involves interacting with members and guests to enhance their experience, completing daily assignments, and upholding Invited’s service standards. The job requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant or club-related field within the food & beverage industry
Desired Qualifications
- ServeSafe Food Handlers’ Certificate
- ABC Certification
- CPR Certification
- Completion of all food & beverage online training modules
