Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor at Concord Hospitality overseeing Food and Beverage operations across kitchen, restaurant, lounge, and banquet outlets; direct supervisory guidance to kitchen and restaurant staff; train team on food production, presentation, sanitation, and service; write schedules, evaluate associates, and manage disciplinary actions; coordinate with sales and events teams in weekly and monthly meetings; ensure high quality, properly prepared food delivered smoothly to all outlets; foster a team-focused environment and support overall hotel operation with emphasis on service quality, beverage cost control, and guest satisfaction; Micros experience is a plus; strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supervisory role within full-service restaurants
- Knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service; Micros experience a plus
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to direct operational efforts across kitchen and restaurant outlets including banquet and lounge
- Experience in writing schedules, evaluating staff, and directing personnel
- Ability to provide training and disciplinary action as needed
- Ensures high-quality food prepared to recipes and timely service across all outlets
- Strong emphasis on service quality, timeliness, sanitation, and guest satisfaction
