Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor in Doha, Qatar, overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring optimum service. Responsible for supervising and coaching staff, assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and enforcing safety and company policies. Manages opening/closing duties, inventory, FIFO, stock requisition, and maintenance work orders. Maintains guest satisfaction by addressing service needs, ensuring safety, professionalism, and adherence to quality standards. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and leadership to support goals and improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings. Prefers candidates with at least high school/GED and supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
