Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor responsible for maintaining a high level of guest and staff satisfaction while assisting with day-to-day operation of the venue; accountable for training staff, conducting shift meetings, coaching and counseling, visiting tables to ensure quality service, managing inventory and labor controls, overseeing dining room setup, ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with alcohol service policies, and supporting opening/closing tasks with a sense of urgency. Requires high school diploma or GED and health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness; 1-2 years in a high-volume restaurant environment; supervisory experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years restaurant in a high volume Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness
