Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor responsible for maintaining guest and staff satisfaction and assisting with day-to-day venue operations. Duties include conducting daily shift meetings, training new staff, motivating and coaching staff, visiting tables to ensure guest satisfaction, monitoring inventory and labor, reporting staff issues, handling comping/discounting where applicable, enforcing service and sanitation standards, overseeing opening/closing duties and dining room setup, and maintaining knowledge of company products and happenings. Requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years restaurant in a high volume Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness (cards obtained prior to first day)
