Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor at Margaritaville and Landshark overseeing daily operations to maintain guest and staff satisfaction; conducts shift meetings, trains staff, motivates and coaches team, visits tables to ensure service quality, manages inventory and labor, ensures safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service compliance, opens/closes venue duties, monitors product knowledge, and communicates effectively with guests and other departments. Requires one to two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment and strong interpersonal and supervisory skills; proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
