Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a high degree of guest and staff satisfaction while assisting with day-to-day operation of venue; conducts daily shift meetings; assists in training and developing staff; motivates and coaches team to ensure high-quality service; visits tables to ensure guest satisfaction, monitors inventory and labor controls, oversees staff duties and opening/closing responsibilities, ensures standards of service, sanitation, and safety, and adheres to alcohol service policy; performs other duties as assigned with a sense of urgency; requires 1–2 years restaurant experience in a high-volume F&B environment and supervisory/management experience; strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Required Qualifications
- One to two years restaurant experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
- Ability to complete a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
