Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor Lawrence's leads daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will lead, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable to company standards, assist with staffing, onboarding, and performance management, monitor labor and costs with a focus on profitability, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, handle guest concerns professionally, support the General Manager with planning and reporting, and maintain a safe, high‐energy work environment. This role is positioned for development into AGM or GM roles, with hands‐on training and leadership development, and offers a starting wage in the reported range plus quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (QSR or fast‐casual preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
- Solid understanding of food safety, labor management, and basic P&L concepts
- Dependable, hands‐on leader with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Desire for long‐term growth into a senior management role
