Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager with all daily front-of-house responsibilities to ensure extraordinary hospitality, training and supervising servers, overseeing host/hostess operations, managing reservations, supervising cash closing procedures, coordinating special events with Sales/Marketing, coaching and mentoring FOH staff, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines for guest experience and safety. Requires leadership, strong customer service, problem resolution, communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems and ISO/Health & Safety standards. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand and move in a fast-paced dining environment; 3+ years of supervisory hospitality experience and a background in culinary arts or hospitality education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts
- Three (3) years supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum 3 years hospitality/customer service experience.
