Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor with responsibility for front of house oversight in casino restaurant operations, leading training for all new FOH team members, ensuring consistent service, addressing guest and team concerns, communicating performance variances to the Food and Beverage Manager, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, supervising staff to meet responsibilities, managing time/attendance and completing financial reports, and delivering prompt, courteous guest service while supporting company values. Requires high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience, ability to obtain NM liquor permit and Food handlers card within 90 days, strong guest service and interpersonal skills, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, bilingual/multicultural experience preferred, and ability to obtain Pueblo of Santa Ana gaming license. Proficiency with POS systems and smartphone-enabled communications, and ability to work in a fast-paced casino setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- New Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.
- Obtain a New Mexico Liquor Service permit & Food handlers card within 90 days of hire.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key gaming license.
