Job Summary
Lead by example, delivering exceptional service as a Franco Manca Restaurant Supervisor in London. Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, motivate and coach the team to high performance, monitor stock and deliveries, assist in rostering to ensure adequate staffing for peak times, handle customer feedback professionally, and maintain health and safety/food hygiene standards. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; focus on providing memorable guest experiences and upholding Franco Manca’s values. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting
