Job Summary
Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift. Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out. Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant. Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
- Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
