Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor sought for Clearwater Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale, AZ, to train, schedule, direct, and manage dining room Servers ensuring residents receive high-quality service with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and supervising dining staff; scheduling and directing Servers; maintaining sanitary dining areas compliant with health and safety codes; supervising cleaning of dining and food service areas; developing and implementing training, policies, and processes to ensure proper grooming, etiquette, and professional table service; surveying residents for satisfaction and making improvements; ensuring residents are greeted and seated properly and feel welcome; managing budget spending and goals; upholding Clearwater Living principles and maintaining professional appearance; performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- AA degree or Bachelor’s degree (Gerontology, Kinesiology, Recreation Therapy, or Health Promotion) is preferable or combination of education and experience with developing and implementing programs for active aging
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience to include training and supervising staff and developing and managing a budget
- Serve safe certificate preferred
- First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Must meet health requirements, including TB
