Restaurant Supervisor

Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service. Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department per company checklist guidelines. Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items. Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide exceptional, consistent offerings. Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with fine dining experience highly regarded. Candidates must be able to follow a premium restaurant sequence of service, with strong wine and food pairing knowledge advantageous.
