Job Summary
Be the culinary orchestrator behind our dining experiences in a luxury Riviera Maya property, overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations and ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house. Lead, train and motivate the food and beverage team to uphold exceptional service standards, manage inventory with cost-control measures, gather guest feedback to continuously improve quality, and ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Drive staffing coordination, menu planning, and operational excellence to deliver memorable experiences across Itzam, Pixán, Che Che, and El Changarro while maintaining guest satisfaction and attaining financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in a similar capacity at a top restaurant group or luxury hotel
- Experience in maintaining state and federal health and safety regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department operational needs
- English proficiency
