Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor role overseeing restaurant, bar, and room service operations at Two One Restaurant inside Renaissance Westerville Hotel. Lead front-of-house teams, open/close shifts, train and enforce service standards, ensure safety and sanitation, monitor staffing and overtime, conduct menu training and taste panels, empower staff to resolve guest concerns, participate in team development, manage guest seating and service during peak hours, handle banquet and hospitality-suite orders, coordinate inter-department communications, and oversee daily side work with adherence to SOPs. Requires leadership experience in upscale or full-service dining, strong interpersonal and guest-service abilities, excellent communication, ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support diverse teams
- Excellent communication and guest-service abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
